What more can a Martian Dad expect for Fathers' Day?

Well, like every other dad, Fathers' Day is the one day that I look forward to all year. This Fathers' Day could not have been better. Mrs Martian and I went over to my daughter's house. She organized a BBQ. Her husband made sure everything went right. We had some juicy hamburgers courtesy of my son and my daughter made some wonderful corn on the grill. Ingredients in the hamburger: spinach, onions, queso, oat meal and eggs. The corn was cooked on the grill wrapped in foil. She threw in some butter and spices. Yummy!!!

I know it's Fathers' Day and I am not supposed to do anything. But yesterday, Mrs Martian and I went to the Farmers' Market. So I got some fresh fruit and served with my favorite ice-cream: pistachio. Nice way to end a great meal.

And how can I forget the great Fathers' day present? They got me a Breville Variable Temperature Electric Kettle. Just what I need for a quick cup of Long Jing or Pu-errh tea.

To all the dads out there: Happy Fathers' Day!
